As an adoption agency with licensed attorneys, we specialize in guiding birth mothers and adoptive families through all stages of the adoption process. Our caseworkers work directly with birth mothers and adoptive families to ensure everyone is on the same page and the adoption goes smoothly. With decades of experience and over 100 families matched per year, A Baby Step Adoption can help you build a family, no matter what your family looks like. We work with single parents, unmarried parents, LGBTQ+ families, and families from all racial and religious backgrounds.
We take pride in our ability to match expectant mothers and adopting families quickly. Many of our matches happen within 12-18 months.
We offer adoption and legal services through our in-house caseworkers and legal team. We can address all your needs throughout the adoption process with one team.
We’re proud to work with all families, including single parents, LGBTQ+ families, and parents from all races and religions.
If you decide to work with us, we’ll ensure the adoption process runs as smoothly as possible. We’ll help you complete a home study, as every state requires, and get you approved to adopt a baby. Then, you’ll be added to our list of waiting families so expectant mothers can read your profile. Once you’re chosen, we’ll work with you and the birth mother to finalize details about the adoption and the hospital plan. When the baby arrives we’ll help with the legal documents to finalize the adoption so you can look forward to the future of your family.
